India and Nepal passports: new packages cost USD 300 more than the standard price — Full Mobility Package USD 940 (12 months) / USD 790 (6 months), Flexible Residency Package and Local Banking Package USD 890 / USD 740, 3-Month Package USD 590. Extensions cost the same for every nationality, and the tourist extension is USD 90 all-in for everyone.

Opening a Lao bank account costs USD 100, charged on top of the package price.
